Taught by Dr. Robert L. Bozeman, Bones for Life ® Teacher
and Mind Body Studies® Practitioner
BFL was created by Feldenkrais teacher, Ruthy Alon. Even as a teacher of the Feldenkrais Method®, she noticed in her 60s she was having more difficulty in moving and was having changes in her bone density, resulting in osteopenia.
Dr. Robert L. Bozeman is a Certified Bones for Life ® Teacher, a Trainer in Training with Movement Intelligence, and a Certified Mind Body Studies® Practitioner, based on the life's work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais. Robert has taught movement for over two decades, and has been involved in the work of Feldenkrais for the last 14 years. His specialty is assisting clients in preventing injuries through a greater understanding of the body, and to aid those in pain and discomfort in finding relief and sinding movement joy for life.

Is it hard? Not at all! If you can sit, stand and walk, you can excel in this class!

What if I don't like it? No one has had this problem thus far...but if you are not satisfied, just pay for the first class and we'll wish you well on your way. And you'll be walking really great, so we think you'll return!
What if I can't make it or miss a class? You can pop in to any of the 4 classes and learn. There is a sequence to the classes, but each can be taken alone without issue.
