1. Be thoughtful about what you eat/drink HYDRATE!
2. Be thoughtful about resting (sleep)

Sensing the body-in both sitting and standing

Rolling fists (we did in standing and sitting)
6-12 (this is the version of rolling fists in sitting, but just rocking the pelvis forward to 12 and back to 6)
